Return & Exchange Policy

• ✓Refund Timelinn:  Refund will be initiated within 3 Weeks from the date of pickup of the returned parcel from the customer.
• ✓Unpacking Video is Mandatory: An unpacking video is compulsory to be eligible for refund or exchange.
• ✓Return Video is Mandatory: A video returning the parcel to delivery person is also mandatory to be eligible for refund or exchange.
