Looking at returning/exchanging your product? It's simple. You have to raise a return request within 3 days of delivery of the product.

Return & Exchange Policy

• ✓Refund Timelinn:  Refund will be initiated within 3 Weeks from the date of pickup of the returned parcel from the customer.
• ✓Unpacking Video is Mandatory: An unpacking video is compulsory to be eligible for refund or exchange.
• ✓Return Video is Mandatory: A video returning the parcel to delivery person is also mandatory to be eligible for refund or exchange.
• ✓Do Not Accept Tampered Parcels: Kindly do not accept parcels that appear to be tampered or damaged at the time of delivery.
• ✓Exchange Process: Exchange items will be dispatched only after we receive the returned product at our office.
• ✓Claim Processing Time: Any refund or exchange claim will take up to 3 Weeks to be processed.
