Happy Hour Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: This initiative is open to girls and women across India who are students, learners, earners, or supporters of girl child education. By participating, you confirm you meet these criteria.
Offer Period: Valid only on January 24, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM IST.
Limit: Strictly one (1) free saree per person, mobile number, and shipping address. Multiple registrations from the same user or address will result in the cancellation of all associated claims.
Product Selection: The saree is a curated gift for this initiative. Participants cannot select or request specific designs, colors, or fabrics.
No Commercial Value: The gift saree has no cash value and is non-transferable. It cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other product.
Returns & Exchanges: As this is a complimentary gift, Laxmipati Sarees will not entertain any requests for returns, replacements, or exchanges.
Order Confirmation: Successful registration does not guarantee a gift. A claim is only considered valid once an order confirmation is generated. Laxmipati reserves the right to cancel any claim due to technical errors or suspected misuse.
Shipping: While the saree is free, delivery timelines are subject to courier availability. Laxmipati is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses provided by the user.
Jurisdiction: Laxmipati Sarees reserves the final right to modify, extend, or terminate this initiative at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Selection Process: This is a lucky draw initiative. From the total pool of successful registrations received during the Happy Hour, 50 lucky winners will be randomly selected to receive a curated Laxmipati saree as a gift.
